At Lovinpet, we offer a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
To qualify for a return, please ensure your item meets the following criteria:
To begin the return process, please log in to your customer account and submit a return request through your order list. If you placed your order as a guest, contact us at support@lovinpet.com. Once your return request is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

You will not be charged for canceled products. If your order, or part of it, is canceled, you will be refunded for the canceled products.
Please confirm your shipping address at the checkout stage. We are unable to make any changes after an order is placed.
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If you find any defects, damages, or receive the wrong item, contact us immediately. We will evaluate the issue and take appropriate actions to resolve it.

If you need to exchange an item, send us an email at support@lovinpet.com within 15 days from the date of initial delivery. To be eligible for a full refund or exchange, the product must be in new condition with tags and packaging intact. Products must be clean and free of dog hair. The original order confirmation must be included within the package. All garments are subject to inspection.
As all of our sizes are priced differently, you will be credited or charged only the difference of the garment. This will occur once the item has been received at the warehouse.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain number of days.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
