LovinPet offers free standard shipping on all orders, with no minimum purchase required.

Orders are typically processed within 2 business days after payment confirmation and usually ship within 5 business days.

Once your order ships, we'll send you a confirmation email with tracking information.

Estimated Delivery Times

Estimated delivery after shipment:

• North America: 3–5 business days
• South America: 5–10 business days
• Oceania: 7–14 business days
• Europe: 7–12 business days
• Asia: 5–10 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to destination, carrier operations, customs, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.

Express Shipping

Express shipping may be available for selected destinations.

Express shipping fees are not fixed and may vary depending on destination, package weight, and carrier rates.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive tracking information by email.

International Orders

LovinPet ships to many countries and regions worldwide.

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other local charges. These fees are generally the customer's responsibility unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Returns

30-Day Return Policy

We want you and your dog to be happy with your LovinPet purchase.

If an eligible item isn't quite right, including a size or fit issue, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To qualify for a return, the item must be:

• Unused and unworn
• In the same condition as received
• With original tags attached
• In the original packaging
• Accompanied by proof of purchase or order confirmation

How to Start a Return

Sign in to your LovinPet account and submit a return request through your order history.

If you ordered as a guest, contact support@lovinpet.com.

Once your return is approved, we'll email you the correct return address and instructions.

Please do not send returns to the original shipping address unless instructed by our support team.

Approved refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.

Additional processing time may be required by your bank or payment provider.

Return Shipping Costs

For returns due to a change of mind, sizing choice, or other non-defective reasons, return shipping costs are generally the customer's responsibility.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us and we'll help resolve the issue. Where applicable, LovinPet will cover the return shipping cost.

Exchanges

Need a different size or item?

Contact support@lovinpet.com within 15 days of delivery.

Exchange items must be new, unused, with original tags attached, and free from signs of wear.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

• Your order number
• Clear photos
• A brief description of the issue

Our support team will review the information and help provide an appropriate solution.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items may not be eligible for return, including custom or personalized products, personal care items, perishable goods, hazardous materials, final-sale items, and gift cards.

If you're unsure whether your item is eligible, please contact us before returning it.

Order Cancellations

To request a cancellation, contact support@lovinpet.com as soon as possible.

We'll do our best to assist, but cancellation cannot be guaranteed once an order has entered processing or shipment preparation.
