Order Pricing

Your total order price includes:

• The product price as listed on the day of shipment
• Any applicable sales tax, based on your shipping address

Please note that prices listed on our website are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors that may appear on our site. LovinPet makes every effort to provide accurate product and pricing information; however, pricing or typographical errors may occur.

Coupon Codes

LovinPet offers various promotional coupon codes that can provide discounts on your order. Coupon codes may have expiration dates and cannot be combined with other promotions unless specified otherwise. Simply enter the coupon code at checkout to apply the discount to your order.

LovinPet uses PayPal and Payoneer as our payment processors to provide safe and secure transactions. You can select your preferred payment method during checkout.

Order Price, Taxes, and Discounts

• Order Price: All product prices are listed in U.S. dollars (USD). The total order amount will include applicable taxes based on your shipping destination.
• Taxes: Taxes are calculated at checkout based on your shipping address and any local regulations.
• Discounts & Coupons: If you have a discount code or coupon, you can apply it at checkout. Simply enter the code in the designated field, and the discount will be automatically applied to your order. Please note that only one discount code can be applied per order, and certain exclusions may apply.

Sales Tax

In addition to the purchase price, we collect sales tax based on the delivery address and the applicable tax rate in effect at the time your order is invoiced. If the tax rate in your delivery state changes before your product is shipped, the tax rate in effect at the time of invoicing will apply.

Tax Exemption

If you are placing an order on behalf of a tax-exempt organization or individual, please email support@lovinpet.com. Be prepared to provide proof of tax-exempt status for the state to which the product will be shipped. Our representative will guide you on submitting your tax exemption certificate via fax or email. Upon verification, any applicable tax refund will be credited back to the original payment method. The name on the order must exactly match the tax exemption certificate. Federal tax exemption certificates are not accepted.

Payment Confirmation and Proof of Purchase

After completing your purchase, you will receive a confirmation email with details of your order, including the items purchased, order total, and payment method. This email serves as your proof of purchase and includes an order number, which you can use for tracking or customer service inquiries.
