At Lovinpet, we offer a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Return

To qualify for a return, please ensure your item meets the following criteria:

  • It must be unworn or unused, with tags still attached.
  • It should be in its original packaging.
  • You need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Initiating a Return

Why Is My Order Canceled?

Occasionally, we may need to cancel orders due to:

To be eligible for a full refund or exchange, the product must be in new condition with tags and packaging intact. Products must be clean and free of dog hair. The original order confirmation must be included within the package. All garments are subject to inspection.

As all of our sizes are priced differently, you will be credited or charged only the difference of the garment. This will occur once the item has been received at the warehouse.


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain number of days.
